Gift Origins reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from Gift Origins, please take some time to read through the following the terms and conditions listed below.

All sales are final and may not be amended or subjected to a refund after you have check out. Refunds are strictly not allowed after the order is submitted.
We will fulfil the orders submitted within 3 working days (non-peak season). For peak season and occasions, please note that we may take a longer time to fulfil the order. 

If you require any assistance regarding your order, you can contact us at our Facebook, Instagram or whatsapp us. Please refrain from sending multiple emails or messages as this will push your queue to the very end and delay our response time to you.

By purchasing and submitting your contact details to us, you agree to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions & launches. Gift Origins currently provides four (4) payment methods: ATM Bank Transfer, iBanking, Paynow/Paylah, and Paypal

Payments via Bank Transfers/IBanking/Paynow/Paylah have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent to your mailbox and the payment proof screenshot has to be uploaded for our verification.

Please ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within 24 hours from confirmation. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mailbox folder.
